New checking account must meet minimum balance opening requirements, have an ACH direct deposit (payroll or government benefits) or complete 10 debit card purchases within 90 days of account opening, and is subject to approval. Limit of 3 referrals per customer per year. Not available with other types of accounts or a transfer of funds from another Liberty account. Referring customer must have an existing Liberty personal savings or checking account. New customer must have no current relationship at the Bank. New customer cannot be from the same household as referring customer. New customer must provide referring customer’s name at the time of account opening. Due to Privacy regulations, Liberty Bank is unable to disclose the status of the referred customer’s account opening and account usage. Timing of bonuses received: $50 to the new customer within 10 business days after meeting the requirements (establishing an ACH direct deposit (payroll or government benefits) or completing 10 debit card purchases within 90 days upon account opening). $50 to the referring customer as a credit to their account within 10 business days after new customer meets the requirements. New account must remain open for a minimum of 180 days; if not, the bonus paid to the new customer through this offer will be deducted from the account prior to closing. The bonus paid may constitute income under Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations and, if required, will be properly reported.
