Community Partner Spotlight

Highlighting the organizations that help our neighborhoods thrive.

As a community bank with roots in Chicago for more than a century, we’re deeply committed to being good neighbors and supporting the organizations that help our neighborhoods thrive.

Here are just a few of the organizations that we are proud to support:

Northwest Side Housing Center

5233 W. Diversey Ave. | 773.283.3888

The Northwest Side Housing Center is a non-profit that engages, educates, and empowers Belmont Cragin and surrounding communities around housing issues.

Since 2003, this organization has helped thousands of families keep their homes, create financial opportunities, and grow as organizers and leaders. Liberty Bank helped fund the Northwest Side Housing Center and continues to provide partnership and banking services today. If you are interested in housing advocacy or need help with your own housing issues, Northwest Side Housing Center is a great resource.

Park Ridge Community Fund

1 S. Northwest Highway, Lower Level | Park Ridge, IL 60068 | 847.825.5311

Since 1958, a network of volunteers at the Park Ridge Community Fund (PRCF) have raised and allocated funds to help meet the needs of the Park Ridge community.

The services they fund span everything from home-sharing to alleviate homelessness to after-school programs to medical research and testing; PRCF strives to improve the quality of life in Park Ridge in whatever ways they can. We partner with PRCF every year on a fundraiser screening of “It’s a Wonderful Life” during the holiday season. PRCF is also a Liberty Bank customer.

St. John Berchmans Church

2517 W. Logan Blvd. | 773.486.4300

St. John Berchmans Church has a history in Chicago almost as long as Liberty Bank’s! Established in 1905 as the sole national parish for Chicago’s Belgian population, the church has evolved through the years alongside the demographics of the community.

Today, the church remains a neighborhood institution and a beacon of light and hope for the east part of Logan Square. We’ve been pleased to partner with St. John Berchmans Church on many community events over the years including the restoration of the original church bell in 2017.
